Damage to a Covered Component during shipping is not covered by the Limited Warranty, but WER may replace such damaged Covered Components if you: •
Notify WER about any missing parts or shipping damages, within 2 days of receiving the product. Proof of damage or missing part needs to be submitted. Provide WER with a dated picture of the damaged Covered Component.
Return all original packaging and paperwork included with the product at your sole cost, unless WER agrees in writing to pay your shipping costs.Note any immediately recognizable damage on the shipper’s Bill of Lading prior to signing off on the shipment.Shipping damage claims are very time sensitive, and it is your responsibility to immediately inspect the product for damage upon receiving.If you choose to set up your own independent shipping method, such as use of a freight forwarder or other similar service, WER will not replace any Covered Components damaged during such shipping method.

All sales are FINAL.There is NO RETURN/REFUND/EXCHANGE policy on any WOW ELECTRIC RIDES products sold online or at any physical store.Shipping, delivery, and installation/assembly charges are NON-REFUNDABLE as well.For warranty related issues , our limited warranty terms will be applied for the product repair/replacement.
