Shipping & Handling:
Damage to a Covered Component during shipping is not covered by the Limited Warranty, but WER may replace such damaged Covered Components if you: •
Notify WER about any missing parts or shipping damages, within 2 days of receiving the product. Proof of damage or missing part needs to be submitted. Provide WER with a dated picture of the damaged Covered Component.
Return all original packaging and paperwork included with the product at your sole cost, unless WER agrees in writing to pay your shipping costs.Note any immediately recognizable damage on the shipper’s Bill of Lading prior to signing off on the shipment.Shipping damage claims are very time sensitive, and it is your responsibility to immediately inspect the product for damage upon receiving.If you choose to set up your own independent shipping method, such as use of a freight forwarder or other similar service, WER will not replace any Covered Components damaged during such shipping method.
Return Policy:
All sales are FINAL.There is NO RETURN/REFUND/EXCHANGE policy on any WOW ELECTRIC RIDES products sold online or at any physical store.Shipping, delivery, and installation/assembly charges are NON-REFUNDABLE as well.For warranty related issues , our limited warranty terms will be applied for the product repair/replacement. Some WER products are designed to strictly used in off-road riding and are not street legal and should not be used on streets or public roadsWER products must be used with protective gear for personal safety such as helmets, guards, gloves, googles, vest etc.The maximum liability to you on products purchased from our stores or website shall be limited to the purchase price of the products you paid.We will not be liable for any property damage, personal injury, Fire related incidents, loss of use, interruption of business, loss of profits, or other consequential, indirect, incidental, punitive or special damages arising from use, malfunction or due to defective equipment. This applies in all cases however caused, whether for breach of warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or other reasons.
